Anti-Bribery & Corruption
Under the True Green Deal Corporations, the Partners and Suppliers will follow all relevant laws and regulations applicable to the performance of their obligations, and will accurately reflect and maintain documentation of all transactions in their books and records.
Partners and Suppliers will have zero tolerance for any form of corruption, including bribery, facilitation payments, fraud, kickbacks, and influence trading. Partners and suppliers must exercise extreme caution when dealing with gifts, hospitality, and expenses, as these may constitute or lead to corruption depending on the circumstances.
Confidential Information
Partners and Suppliers will safeguard all intellectual property and other confidential information provided by or created for True Green Deal Corporations.
Ethical Behavior
Partners and Suppliers will avoid conflicts of interest and conduct themselves honestly and ethically throughout the supply chain, under all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to those relating to international trade, sanction lists, anti-money laundering, data protection, confidentiality & privacy, intellectual property, trade secrets, direct and indirect taxes, anti-trust and competition laws.

Partners and Suppliers will ensure that all of its employees, agents, subcontractors, and any other entity or person working or acting on its behalf in connection with this Agreement complies with the aforementioned obligations.
Reporting Integrity Concerns to True Green Deal Corporations
Partners and Suppliers will promptly notify True Green Deal Corporations of any concern related to issues governed by this Business Principles for Partners and Suppliers, subject to any legal restrictions. The policy of the True Green Deal Corporations prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports such a concern.

True Green Deal Corporations will routinely assess the compliance of selected suppliers and partners with these principles. It should be noted that failure to demonstrate compliance with the principles will necessitate corrective action by the business partner and may result in contract termination.
Trade Compliance
True Green Deal Corporations, like any other global company, abide by all applicable national and international trade compliance regulations. Economic sanctions can be imposed by countries to restrict business dealings with specific countries, economic sectors, entities, or individuals of concern.
Regulations governing the import, export, and domestic trading of goods, technology, software, and services, as well as international sanctions and restrictive trade, practices, all fall under the purview of trade compliance.
Failure to comply with the applicable laws may result in fines, delays, and the seizure of goods, as well as the loss of True Green Deal Corporation's export or import privileges, as well as reputational harm or imprisonment for individuals. It is critical that you understand the requirements and how they apply to your position.
Sustainability
True Green Deal Corporations partners & suppliers should at minimum ensure compliance with relevant law, standards and procedures addressing sustainability and corporate responsibility, and work to strive for continuous improvement of performance.
Health, Safety, Security, and Environment
Everyone is responsible for HSSE, and you must take action to contribute to a healthy, safe, and secure work environment. Understand and follow all HSSE policies that apply to you, as well as international and local laws and regulations. Implement True Green Deal Corporations management tools and processes to identify and address HSSE issues at your facility. Inquire about unsafe or improper operations and, if necessary, intervene to address them. As soon as you become aware of a potential HSSE incident, you must report it and take appropriate action.
